CUSTOM STOCKS

Current lead time for a Custom Stock is typically six weeks from when I receive your barrelled action or order to when the stock is shipped out.

*** International Customers ***

I am currently NOT shipping custom stocks outside of Canada at this time. Gunstocks (yes, even wooden stocks) are classified as 'Implements of War' under ITAR regulations and are subject to import and export restrictions. With permits and the use of customs brokers it is possible to import and export stocks but it is an expensive and lengthy process. Until I have a more streamlined process in place I will not be taking individual orders for custom stocks from international customers. If you have any further questions or would like to inquire about undertaking the import process then feel free to contact me in this regard.

CUSTOM GRIPS

Wood grips are made when you order one unless otherwise specified, and lead time is typically two weeks.

Wood grips are available for purchase and can be shipped to International Customers

Shipped items will be insured for the full value of the product and sent Through Canada Post using whichever option you choose at checkout.

RETURNS

Because my products are made to order I cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

However, as much as we strive for perfection at Rifles Refined, I am only human and I am not immune from making mistakes. If you believe your product has defective workmanship or needs to be repaired I will make it right. Please contact me as soon as you are aware of an issue and we will find a solution.

***Please*** do not send your item back to me without having made prior arrangements to do so. I will not be able to assist you if you do this.

REPAIRS OR DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP

If your item has defective workmanship shipping and repair will be paid for at our expense. You will not have to pay for a mistake made on our behalf. (I fully stand behind my work and have never once had defective workmanship issues, but this policy exists just in case)

If you have damaged your stock or grip and need to send it in for repairs you will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs and will be billed at $60/hour plus any material costs for the extent of the repair.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired or replaced product to reach you, may vary.
