CUSTOM STOCKS

Current lead time for a Custom Stock is typically 8-12 months from when we receive your barreled action or order to when the stock is shipped out.

GRIPS

To achieve the level of quality we are known for in our wood grips we make them in small batches that involve extensive hand finishing when sufficient orders have come in for a particular model. We try to have grip orders shipped out within two weeks however depending on which grip model you order and when your order comes in relative to our batching cycle and potential backlog it may take up to 6 weeks for us to finish your grip.

Wood grips are available for purchase and can be shipped internationally.

Shipped items will be insured for the full value of the product and sent through Canada Post using whichever option you choose at checkout.

*** US Customers ***

Gunstocks (yes, even wooden stocks) are classified as 'Implements of War' under ITAR regulations and are subject to import and export restrictions. With the use of a Customs Broker we can import and export your barreled actions and stocks no problem.  If you have any questions or would like to inquire about undertaking the import process then feel free to contact us in this regard.

Returns

RETURNS

Because our rifle stocks are made-to-order we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Grip orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to the shipment of the order.

The following policy applies to both custom stocks and grips:

As much as we strive for perfection at Rifles Refined, we are only human and not immune from making mistakes. If you believe your product has defective workmanship or needs to be repaired we will make it right. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of an issue and we will find a solution.

***Please*** do not send your item back to us without having made prior arrangements to do so. We will not be able to assist you if you do this.

REPAIRS OR DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP

If your item has defective workmanship, shipping and repair will be paid for at our expense. You will not have to pay for a mistake we are responsible for. (We fully stand behind our work and have never once had defective workmanship issues, but this policy exists just in case)

If you have damaged your stock or grip and need to send it in for repairs you will be responsible for any shipping expenses and our shop rate of $60/hour plus any material costs will apply.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired or replaced product to reach you may vary.
